Chef Eric Lynch has 30 years of experience working in relaxed fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive resorts around the country. He is a graduate of the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, otherwise known as the C.I.A. (Top Secret…Shhh!) and has cooked for dignitaries and celebrities such as Julia Child, Former President George Bush Sr., First Lady Hillary Clinton, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, rock legends The Who and Aerosmith to name a few. Raised by southern parents from Savannah and given the rare opportunity to experience the world with his Air Force family, Chef Eric is able to bring home flavors from around the country and the world and marry them with fresh, local ingredients resulting in delicious “New International Southern Cuisine”.
